Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT)

We manufacture and offer complete PAUT solutions.

Phasex (16:16) Phased Array + TFM

The revolutionary phased array ultrasonic flaw detector Phasex combines for the use of classical phased array transducers with mathematical signal processing using the digital focusing method. Collection of A-scans of all combinations of receiving and transmitting elements (full interrogation of the FMC/Full Matrix Capture matrix) and signal processing using full focusing technologies (TFM/Total Focusing Method) made it possible to eliminate the need for manual focusing of beams by the operator to various depths

Scanex (16:128) 2 Active PA + 2 Active ToFD

The new high-performance device Scanex has the ability to work simultaneously with two 64-channel phased arrays and various scanners: roller scanners, phased array + TOFD scanners, etc.

The 5-scan regeneration speed is 100 Hz, which allows scanning a welded joint simultaneously from both sides at a speed of up to 6-9 meters per minute.

You can also use up to 2 TOFD channels simultaneously, which allows for monitoring that meets all modern world standards. The device also implements the function of a conventional classic flaw detector. A modern software package for automated data acquisition and image processing with 3D decomposition allows for clear visualization of inspection.
